What is Twinkle Twinkle Little Shop?
We're a family-owned baby & children's consignment boutique that sells new and pre-loved, super-affordable clothes, shoes and accessories for your kiddos. Think of us as the fastest & cheapest way to cross "clothes shopping" off your to do list :) We search for great new and secondhand clothing, shoes and accessories for your kids so you don't have to, and make it super easy to order everyday clothes for your kids at very low prices.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes, we do. If you're in the Rincon area and feel like browsing, please come by! Twinkle Twinkle Little Shop started as a real, brick-and-mortar store over 20 years ago. Our locally-beloved store is still around and still focused on delivering the highest-quality new and used kids clothing, shoes, toys, accessories and gear with Exceptional Customer Service. We're located in Effingham County, Georgia, come visit us at 6020 GA Hwy 21 S, Ste C, Rincon, GA 31326. You're sure to find something great for your kids there! You may come in as a visitor, but will leave as family.
What are the clothes like?
We have an assortment of clothing from different brands, in good condition and occasionally even new with tags. We sort for quality and wear, and only ship clothes that are in like-new or excellent-used condition. Brands run the gamut from high to low, with most of the clothes solidly in the middle.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry baby, toddler, and kids’ clothes in sizes newborn to preteen/tween (14/16), Juniors and even Maternity.
How do you source your clothing?
We get great new and used items from our store in Rincon, as well as other thrift/consignment/donation stores and distributors throughout the U.S.
Are used clothes as nice as new ones?
Only items that are in good condition pass our standards, so we think you’ll love them just as much as anything you’d buy new. If you find any wear that we missed, we will happily credit you for the item, just reach out to our friendly customer experience team at email@example.com.
Orders and Shipping
I just placed an order. What happens now?
First of all, thank you so much for your order!
Your order is generally sent out within 24 - 36 hours (unless it's a weekend or holiday). You'll receive an email with tracking info just as soon as your clothes are picked, packed, and out the door!
When will I receive my order?
You will generally receive your order within 4 - 7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
SHIPPING IS FREE!!!!
What days do you fill and ship orders?
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday. We don't process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we only ship within the 50 U.S. states.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, PayPal Credit and Google Pay.
Return Policy and Customer Service
I do not like an item in my order, can I return it?
Is there an item that's not the right quality? We're sorry about that! Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll review the issue and make it right -- because we're all about Exceptional Customer Service.

One of my items has a stain or flaw. What do I do?
